Driving from New York City

I-95 South through Delaware, and Baltimore, MD. I-95 South will lead into I-495 (the Capital Beltway). Take I-495 West toward Silver Springs. Continue on I-495 to Exit 33 (Connecticut Avenue South).

Follow Connecticut Avenue for approximately five (5) miles into Washington, D.C. After passing the National Zoo on your left, proceed another five (5) blocks and turn right onto Calvert Street. The Omni Shoreham Hotel will be on your left at 2500 Calvert Street, N.W.

Taxi From the Train Station

Take a taxicab from the train station to the Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert Street N.W. It is a 10-15 minute ride and will cost about $12. Save your receipt for reimbursement.

OR, take the Metro train. Get on the red line in the direction of Shady Grove. Get off at Woodley Park-Zoo (6th stop). Come up to the street and go to your left one half block to Calvert Street. Turn right and the hotel is directly across from you.
